How long will it take for my order to reach me?

All personalized orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you.  You will receive most items in 7-10 business days.  However, if an item is expected to take longer, you will be notified of the delay. Be assured your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Normal slowdowns occur around the December holidays, so please place your orders with adequate lead time.

Additional charges will apply if you request your order to be shipped via next day or 2nd day delivery.

What are your shipping rates?

Our shipping rates are based are the destination's zip code and weight of the order.  If you'd like an exact shipping quote, please add the items to the cart and the program will calculate the shipping charges for you instantly.

Shipping charges will be added automatically to your merchandise total upon check-out.

Shipping charges may not always be the actual charges indicated on your package. We incorporate materials and handling into our shipping rates.
